Answers You Need

HOW LONG DOES YOUR SERVICE TAKE?

All repairs and customisations should be able to be completed in 1 day - although if you ask us to replace all of the windows in your home, this may over run into 2 days! You should note however that all parts will need to be ordered and manufactured if not in stock. We will let you know how long this is likely to be in the event that they are not stock items.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept card payments, BACS transfers or cash but unfortunately no cheques.

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE REPLACEMENT PARTS?

We use a number of established manufacturers to supply parts. In the case of glass units we ensure we are up to date with the latest regulations around U numbers.

DO I GET A FENSA CERTIFICATE FOR MY NEW GLASS?

You do not. FENSA certificates are issued on the installation of a full window including frames. Our service only counts as a repair and not a new installation.

ARE THERE ANY GUARANTEES FOR MY NEW PROUCT?

We pass on the manufacturers guarantee where they are in place.
